Data we handle

We handle the review artifacts, comments, display names, workspace and review credentials, service-session information, and limited technical security data needed to provide the beta. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you are explicitly authorised to do so.

Why we use it

We use data to provide the requested review service, enable sharing by capability link, respond to support and deletion/export requests, protect the service from misuse, and maintain recovery records. The service does not run an LLM, sell personal data, serve advertising, or use product analytics during this private beta.

Service providers and storage

Reviewable uses Render for application hosting and durable storage. We use technical browser storage and strictly necessary session cookies to provide access and keep reviews usable. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

Review content is retained until its owner requests deletion or the private beta closes. Recovery copies may remain for up to 30 days. Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to resolve an ongoing request or comply with law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by emailing info@bereviewable.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns the relevant review. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Changes

We may update this notice as the beta changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
