Private beta

Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your invited use of the free Reviewable private beta, operated by Gustavo Arrieta from Madrid, Spain.

Invite-only beta

Reviewable is experimental, free of charge, and available only to invited users. It may change, pause, or close at any time. It is not an emergency service and does not include a service-level agreement or guaranteed availability.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Reviewable the limited permission needed to host, process, display, share, and export it to provide the service. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority needed to upload and share the content and invite reviewers.

You must not upload sensitive personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, regulated material, unlawful content, or third-party content without explicit authorisation. You are responsible for the people with whom you share a review.

Credentials and acceptable use

Workspace keys and owner links are secrets. Reviewer links are access credentials. Keep them private and revoke or stop sharing a review if you believe one is exposed. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that harms others or violates law.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, you allow Reviewable to use it to improve the service without compensation. Reviewable will not publish your identifiable review artifacts as feedback without your permission.

Beta limitations and responsibility

You should keep your own copies of important content and must not rely on Reviewable as your sole storage location. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reviewable is provided ?as is? and is not liable for indirect loss, loss of content, interruption, or misuse of credentials outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for claims arising from your content, permissions, invitations, or unlawful use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension and contact

We may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service and its users. For access, support, deletion, or export requests, contact info@bereviewable.com.
